Standard bank poor service

Standard bank Zevenwacht and Kuilsriver branches are the worst banks ever. There is no one welcoming you as you enter, no consultants to assist when you are inside. I went to Zevenwacht branch few weeks ago and there was no single consultant to assist with simple enquiries and the bank is small inside.

I then went to Kuilsriver branch on the 15th November, i found the consultant roster no full with clients waiting more than an hour to be attended. However as the closing time approaches the consultant started showing up and showed some urgency to assist the clients.

Both branches had no branch manager present foe the time i was there.
