Good Day thank you for the reply, however this is no help at all please forward an email address or direct contact number so that the ***** section can view and report on the suspected spam mail which I have received am sure if I have a spam mail which states Standard Bank then many others have received the same or similar mails.

After all this time STB still has not contacted me I have since again received mails from I am sure are ********** mail addresses why do they not investigate the addresses as to protect clients once our accounts are hacked and monies remove the banks are quick to lay the blame on the customers see mail once again sent:
Good Day
Attached are two mails received from Standard Bank, to me it appears to be from with suspicious mail addresses which are as follows:
Standard Bank <***>
Standard Bank ***
Also attached are two mails previously sent to *** to which I received two automatic replies?
Also attached in the one mail is a word document with a list of supposedly Standard Bank Mail addresses
I have forwarded the first one to Standard Bank awhile back with no reply.
I also sent mails to Stanlib
I do not have a SB account but my late wife had one.
Below is a compliant I posted on Hello Peter as well as the reply to them, still with no reply mail to me.
As stated in the reply to the post on Hello Peter:
We assure you that as an organization we are committed to providing the best possible service and assure you that this will be addressed as a matter of urgency.
As I have had no direct response from Standard Bank, they sure put a new meaning to the statement “matter of urgency”
All I have been requesting is that they confirm that the mail addresses are genuine Standard Bank mail addresses.
As Stated before
As I have had no direct response from Standard Bank, they sure put a new meaning to the statement “matter of urgency”
