Standard bank poor service

Standard bank at Heidelberg mall offers very poor service. Expect to wait an hour before you are assisted at enquiries. Customers have to stand on long ques since there aren't enough chairs. Only two service consultants are working at enquiries. Overall service is not satisfactory
