Standard Bank poor service

Standard Bank Home loans Access bond facility. On the 27/12/2017 I notice over R7000 available in my Access bond facility. I contacted the home loans department and ask the person if this is my money and if its available to me where she rep**** yes its my money I can transfer the money if I needed the cash. I done the transfer of R5000 and within 2 weeks after the transfer I recieved a call from the home loans department saying that my house is in arrears because I have withdrawn money from my home loan. I explain the situation from the start and she told me I must make the payment back of R4000 to get the house up to date. I did not argue any further as this is my house and something that I dont want to fall behind. I arrange a payment of 2 months where I did and paid the house up to date. This all happened between December 2017 and January 2018. In June month 2018 I dicided after all these months the house is up to date there should be money available and I went on my mobile app only to find out that the Home loans department closed the Access bond facility due to that stupid consultant who told me at first to withdraw the money. I was than informed to activate the Access bond facility again to get access to my access bond facility money. It was such a long process to get the access bond facility re activated , doing security checks and terms and conditions. At the end my wife failed 3 times the security check and we were advised to go inside the bank to have it re activated. That was done at finally and the consultant at Parow Centre told us there is funds available as tbe access bond facilty is now link to my account. At the time there was R5300 available and we were told that the money will reflect within 48 hours after activation. Days went by and no money available. I contacted the home loans department and went to Sea point branch but could not get any help and where my money went to. Im fighting with Standard bank since June 2018 up till September 2018 and still no money as they keep on telling me there is no funds available. I requested the phone recording since this problem started and have the first consulted fired for misleading of information as she caused the unnessesary problems and putting me through hell fighting with standard bank. They are now sending the phone conversation between me and the first consultant to Sea point branch manager for full investigation and feedback. Today is the 05 September 2018 and I still didnt get any feedback of what happened to my money. I would like to inform the public to never ever consider in signing any homeloan deals with standard bank and never open any access bond facility. I was informed when I opened the access bond facility that all the money you pay extra on yoy house goes into your access bond facility and should you need any cash you can withdraw the money in R1000 only or should you feel you want to put the money into your house you can transfer tje money straight to your homeloan. May this be an eye opener to everyone as Ive lost my faith as a loyal customer in Standard bank SA with their poor service. Should you owe them any money they withdraw it out of your account no questions ask but when it comes to your money its a struggle to get your money back.
