Standard Bank poor service
Standard Bank Baywest. When as a working person you take the time out of your limited weekend to accommodate the unrealistic banking ours so as to renew an expired Ucounts card. Wait in the bank for service only to be told “oh sorry, we’ve run out of cards” with no solution offered to make up for their ineptitude ...poor service and planning at its finest.
