Standard Bank poor service

Did an online application for personal loan With Standard Bank...Everything where approived. I send my documents through that needed to be send. Phone them numorous times ....3times I ran out of airtime.....and still no results. Twise emails were send from the one department to the other ....promises made...ever since I banked with Standard bank Did I struggle with a loan.....this is pathetic...its been a week now.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
