Standard bank poor poor service 👎

I am totally disgusted by the poor service that I get from standard bank. They granted me a homeloan without including an assurance premium later after 4years they want to include it and it makes it impossible for me to afford my bond, they fiddle with my homeloan account however they want to,they make changes without any documentations or consulting with me... I feel that there is too much ********** going on regarding my bond account. I've been communicating with them to kindly resolve my issue instead they go a-wall on me... I don't know what to do anymore. What irritates me more is that my employer pays towards the bond bond account and they still debit money from my own personal account, my account has also been handed over,they have listed me as a bad payer but I do pay the homeloan on a monthly basis.
