Standard bank poor customer service

I posted on Hello peter a while back regarding my ***** case. It still has not been resolved. The bank instructed me to get a court order for me to get my money back. I went to court only to be told the bank was supposed to do that not me. I then contacted the lady at ***** department and she insisted its my duty to get it not them. I have been sent from pillar to post and I'm at my wit's end with standard bank now. I just want my money back.
