standard bank poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service experienced at Standard Bank Parow Centre. This is literally the 4th time in a week I’ve visited this bank to collect a bank card and they never have enough staff to deal with their clients. 3 staff members are meant to manage over 15 customers. Staff also show zero urgency and frequently model up and down the bank with no care for their customers. This bank is the perfect example of how not to treat customers. With competition between banks heating up, no wonder why capitec is miles ahead.
