STANDARD BANK PONGOLA COMPLAINT

This morning we were treated like trash at out standard bank branch in Pongola. The manager Siyabonga Ndlovu, were extremely rude. We were in front of the branch 2 minutes before 9. My dad is disabled as his foot was amputated and guess what Mr Branch Manager came to the Glass door shouting that he needs to wait outside, as a client is NOT ALLOWED TO wait in the lobby!!!!! I mean who cares that my dad is disabled, struggle to walk and MIND YOU need to get to the door with a bunch of steps to climb!!! But don't worry, scream on him to walk BACK like less than 10m SEEING that it is difficult for him to walk never mind climbing stairs!!!! STANDERDBANK PONGOLA - your BM needs to LEARN COMPASSION!!!!! YOUR BANK IS NOT SUITABLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLED !!!! AND CLEARLY YOU DONT CARE SEEING THAT YOUR MANAGEMENT CAN TREAT POEPLE THAT WAY!!. ITS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THAT YOU CAN DISCRIMINATE AGAINST A DISABLED PERSON LIKE THAT!!! SIES MAN!!!! I WISH TO GIVE A RATING OF 0 NOT EVER 1 STAR NEVER MIND!!
