Standard bank please refund my money

Standard please I have been complaining about the money that was retracted at your atm 24 December 2021 till today 09 February 2022 you still not responding to me or Capitec bank. I withdrew money with my capitec card at your atm in central park Bloemfontein. Please respond to me because you only reply here on hellopeter with a reply that says the complaint is the only one who's going to see the reply but I also dont see it.
