Standard Bank please fix credit card record on Experian

Standard Bank responded to my issue with the usual copy and paste response, promised to call and never did. I wrote to them via Hello Peter to ask that they fix my Experian bureau record, I guess they cannot be bothered.

I appeal to them again if there is anyone from the bank wiling to assist. The credit card I settled must not reflect a balance and must be recorded as settled effective October 2018 and not written off, this specifically on Experian credit bureau.
