STANDARD BANK PLEASE CLOSE MY GARAGE CARD AND REVOLVING ACCOUNT I DONT OWE YOU A CENT

On friday last week 8th November 2024, i reported my Garage Card that was closed few years ago, the same garage card is currently accumulating interest as we speak nobody is doing anything about it. Standard bank don't realize the sacrifices we go through when we decided to close this accounts. On the 4th of November 2024 i closed my revolving account that i had with Standard Bank for many many years and i manage to close it, the same account is active currently on credit facilities. i have been asking the bank to send letter confirming closure, i dont know how deep i must go to get the letter. When you call them they will refer you to the branch when you to the branch they will refer you to call centre. I have been to Woodmead branch they referred to call canter to call centre i was referred to branch. This morning i was in Mall 55 branch again i was referred to call centre, then when i was at the branch i call their centre i was given a reference number. The worst part about this call centre is double standard.
