Standard Bank Plays the Avoidance Game Well

I did receive a response to my report. Once receives a phone call with apologies however it all ends with the phone call. There is no progress. A double payment was made because at the time I could not produce proof of payment, the docs were in storage. Now I can, but Standard Bank cannot grasp the simple concept of 'Here is the required proof of payment'. 'Please now pay back the small amount of R500'. Hours in Fourways Crossing achieved nothing. Every department recommends another department and passes the buck. In the end nobody takes responsibility or takes action. Very clever avoidance tactics!
