STANDARD BANK PINELANDS & ADRS

This complaint is PART STANDARD BANK AND ADRS! I had been retrenched since June 2020 to Feb 2021, I had gone to the bank to do payment holidays, they then done that for me and I continued to pay what was required, Standard bank never contacted me regarding any help or instruction about the payment holidays and when it would end. still however i made payments to the bank what I could so they could see I'm making payment even though I was still unemployed. I have even sent all my documents to show. The payment holidays then end "without anyone contacting me" and hand me over to the ADRS - I then explain many times over phone calls and had been harrassed by phone calls, calls that my phone also only rings twice and then put down and not had the chance to pick up to help on my side and explain. I kept explaining the situation and made a point to make arrangements for payments but still got harrassed and no1 made the notes or checked the system that I had made payment of what I could and when I got a job and updated my account!! . I eventually got a job and called the ADRS immediately to make an arrangement to update my account. Everything was then fine for 1 day, I went into the STANDARD BANK PINELANDS and sat for 2 HOURS on a saturday 27 MARCH 2021 with a Manager consultant to update my account, made payment and she made a note on my account system FOR THEIR RECORDS AND ADRS to say that my account is up todate for my loan. 2 Days later I still get a call from ADRS to tell me my account is not up todate when I KNOW I was in the bank for 2 HOURS AND A MANAGER MADE A NOTE TO TELL ME MY ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE ! Still to this ****EN DAY I AM GETTING CALLS AND MSGS TO SAY MY ACCOUNT IS NOT UPTO DATE. CAN YOU PEOPLE CHECK YOUR ****ING SYSTEM !!!! PHONE THE STANDARD BANK PINELANDS AND TELL THEM TO CHECK THEIRS TO !!! MY ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE!!!! I DO NOT WANT TO BE HARRASSED ANYMORE!!!!!! Get your systems up todate !! Thank you
