Standard bank personal loans non existent

After searching tirelessly to find a number for Standard bank personal loans I could not find a number for them .Instead the only number I found was the general call centre line .To top that off they have six options to select from but not a single option for personal loans .I had to select the home loans option and waited and waited till I had to drop the call .Talk about facing post sale barriers. I recently did a loan consolidation and money was paid to my loan from the FSP and I received proof of payment from them .I was calling to close off the loan and enquire if they received the funds as yet and also to arrange that they refund me for this month's debit order as I have no doubt that I will still be debited ,but the problem is you just cannot get hold of them.Standard bank please take care of your customers !!!!
