Standard Bank Personal Loan Nightmare

I took out a personal loan with Standard Bank and as I was only a few months away from closing it off life happened and I went to Standard Bank Fourways to access the money already paid back in the loan and I was told I can also increase the loan which I did... comes 2 months later and i find out I have now got 2 personal loans in my name (which is *******) and the best part R40000 I never even got I was being charged for... when I went to the bank to sort it out I found out it was one big “mistake” and they will fix it.... 4 months after that I get told they will be putting one loan on hold until iv paid off the other as this is what was in my budget to do. Then I get told no that’s no longer possible I will now have to two joined together but I can still pay the same monthly installments they will sort it all out... this was 3 years ago. Over these 3years iv paid off less then R5000.00 of the total amount and have been trying to contact Standard Bank on this for over a year iv got to the banks and emailed called held on for 45 min to be told oh no I can’t help you with that sorry try another department.... and never hear back from any of the staff member that are looking in to the issue.... to be dead honest iv been with Standard Bank since I was a kid and Iv just had enough.... If there is anyone how can point me in the right direction legally I want to take this further not for money but the principle I would appreciate it.
