Standard Bank Personal Loan

I app**** for personal loan on the 13 June 2019 of which I saw an advert on tv saying your loan will be approved in 2 minutes and that is all lies. The loan was approved and now is the 19th and nothing yet on my account. I tried sending Standford Makhosi Dube the call center agent that assisted me with my loan till today he hasn't responded to both my e-mails. I'm so disappointed with Standard bank because that is false advertising. The agent told me to send my documents to some email address and I must go to my nearest branch with my proof of residence and my id of which I did but still no money. I tried calling the contact center no *** I was holding for long they kept on saying they are experiencing high volume calls. I tried the personal loan call back service and still no one has called me. I'm so disappointed in the service I got.
