Standard Bank Personal Loan

<p>I had a personal loan with Standard Bank and had a default on this account and was handed over for collection to RL Daly inc. We came to an agreement in 2011 and I settled this account in full on the 24 May 2011 already,I struggled but eventually got my full payment letter from them.I them sent this letter through to Standard bank credit department so they could rectify my Credit profile on the credit bureau.After that I was contacted by a few times by other companies claiming that I need to settle this acoount,every time I send them my full paid up letter and never hear from them again.Now in 2016 I am being called by ARA group telling me that they have been instructed to collect my outstanding balance of R35 936.11 on this loan account.I told ARA group that I will send them through the paid up letter ,but this will be the final time I ever send this letter through to and company.</p> <p>Standard bank PLEASE ,I paid this account in full in 2011 already stop with what you are doing and rectify the problem on your side.</p>
