Standard Bank Payshap Payments are Terrible

Standard Bank is horrible with making consistent payments and support, I’ve been trying to get through to them for the past hour or so to report a problem with my payshap payment, nobody answers the phone..I made a Payshap payment and still hasn’t come through and on the recipient side, this is the second time this happens and took a week and half to get my money back last time. Don’t do payshap payments on Standard Bank
