Standard Bank pay back

<p>I have a homeloan with Standard bank and they added life cover to it without my permission...I then instrutcted them to cancel and pay back the whole amount since the inception of the policy. I have never heard from them since the complaint ( I am the one whose doing followups). When I call them the told me the money has been paid into the aacount provided by mselsf ...and i requested proof of payment of which it took them more than 3 days to supply....after theni called them ahain they told me that I will NOT get the money as promised beacuse they are busy investigating ..... please I want my hard earned money </p>
