Standard Bank pathetic service

I would rate Standard Bank Home Loans division a 0 stars if the system allowed me to. I'm currently on bed rest for a high risk pregnancy. I've explained to them that my ex husband, living in Canada, pays the bond (which is in arrears) and they are not to call me as the stress is placing both the my life and that of my unborn child at risk. I've explained my ex is trying to do a bond substitution to get my name off the bond, they've said he needs to go into a branch to do that (again, he is in Canada, I am on bed rest). They call and harass me multiple times a day. They can't understand they need to call my ex and keep the 9 hour time difference in mind. Pathetic service
