Standard Bank Pathetic Service

On the 5th of Feb 2019 I want to STD Heidelberg branch to close my accounts. A month later I keep on receiving calls and sms'es that my account is in arrears. I have the closure letter and all. Now apparently there was some Business online linked to my profile that was not cancelled and thus the account went in arrears. The consultant that contacted me made it clear that it will affect my credit score and advised me that I must go in to the branch AGAIN. Why would you not close everything on the account as requested? Now I need to take time off again to go to the bank. This is one of the reasons why I would NEVER use STD bank for anything again. The service is just pathetic and they cannot do anything right the first time.
