Standard Bank - Pathetic Offering/Service

I have been banking with Standard Bank for 20 years now<br> <br> I have substantial capital investments with them and have app**** for a home loan<br> <br> Std have indicated that they cant offer me a loan as they say the property is \NOT SUITABLE FOR LENDING"<br> <br> I qualify for a home loan for more that what app**** for and the house is valued much more that the loan I app**** for<br> <br> 2 other banks are able to offer me a home loan for the same amount and property however the bank that I have kept my money in for the past 20 years cannot offer me a loan to support my own growth<br> <br> The area that the property is located in is an affluent area & the property price is well within the pricing range for the area<br> <br> Responses I have received from consultants is that \""Standard Bank JUST DOES NOT WANT TO INVEST IN THE PROPERTY/AREA\""<br> <br> Std Bank-Is this how you support your loyal clients?<br> <br> Should I change my bank to suit the area I am buying into seeing that I currently live on the same road as the property I want to purchase??<br> <br> this is not my first experience like this with Standard Bank-I have had better rates from other banks for my cars<br> <br> So Standard Bank"
