Standard Bank Pathetic in Pretoria CBD Church Square

My fiance goes into Standard bank CBD of Pretoria (Church Square) to deposit money into my account. Because he is not the card holder, he has to pay in by the ATM, with all the notes facing in one direction, is it now the community's duty to do the teller's work?

Before the teller told my fiance to go to the ATM, she was soooo ***********, she typed in the card number twice that I gave to my fiance, and she couldn't find it on the system. Her excuse was, it was part of *****. My fiance told her, she could look up my number that I registered my account with, and even phone me!!!! She refused!!

When I, myself went to Brooklyn Mall, I went to the teller, gave my card, told her to pay in the notes into the account, she didn't look at my ID, she only asked my cellphone number to confirm, and it was all done!!!

What is GOING ON WITH CBD's Standard Bank????

Are all the illiterate personel of Standard bank sent to the Pretoria CBD Church Square branch?????!!!!
