Standard bank pathetic home loans

I have a bond with standard bank for 9 years. I have had endless problems They dont have any communication or organisation. There are to many incidents to type out here. These guys put me through hell on maternity leave. They attributed to post natal depression. I paid in advance before i went on maternity leave in 2016. They didnt regonise my payment because i paid early. Still put me in no payment list? Imagine i pay early so i dont get in trouble. But get put on no payment list anyway. Now i get sent messages im overdue on a payment that gets debited from my account every month ? There is money in my account. They never debit. All of a sudden i get demand sms while i am on leave. Ruining my leave ? I have a prepaid cell they cant even call me back ? And all their customer relations department will do is say sorry. What is sorry going ro do for me ? Take away the stress caused? Give me airtime back ? Do you fking job man dont say sorry !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
