Standard Bank Pathetic **********

I took a loan in 2012 january with this bank of R40 000 with a repayment term of 60 months, fast foward to 2020 this loan is still not paid up this is now 9 years later, i query this with the bank to no success until i involved the banking ombudman, the report has come back saying i increased this loan to R60 000 which i have never and that an amount of R2000, R7000 and R9000 was withdraw from this loan in 2015 mind you i changed banks in 2014 when i was de*****ed by the bank someone increased my limit even there so i closed that account, i was no longer banking with standard bank at the time they are saying the limit was increased and money went out of R18000. To make matters worse the bank has no done a recalculation and they owe me a refund on interest of R41000 but in order to be refunded this money i need to pay R7900 first so the loan can be close how ridiculous is that. why not offset it then and pay back the difference. also pay me R18000 that i never withdrew. i am beyond disgusted with this bank
