Standard bank pathetic ***** devision

Facebook is taking money off my bank account *****ulently. About R500. 00 in the past week. No idea how they got my account details. Opened a case of ***** with standard bank. They were supposed to of stopped my card and issue me with a new one. In the meantime Facebook attempted to take more money and put my account in the red. Standard tells me to bring my account (that they were supposed to have closed) up to date before they will assist me. I have never in my life seen such incompetence. Disgusting
