Standard Bank pathetic customer service

<p>I've been on the telephone the whole morning to get information on my loan account status, I have closed my personal cheque account with them due to poor service and therefor have no access to view my loan account, although I do pay my loan account monthly they now have listed me as a bad payer with a 4 month arrear :( I am so sick of Bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1</p>
