Standard Bank Pathetic Attitude, Poor Infrastructure!!!!

I think amongst the 104 branches closed down in 2019 (due to the "advancement" of technology, Standard Bank should just close all the remaining branches and the company it its entirety!!

I live about 4 hours away from Ndwedwe (a rural area) with a good for nothing half a branch of Standard Bank.

Back home I have a teenage brother who lives by my house with a wheelchair bound cousin of mine, my cousin had been wanting to open a bank account for months now - upon being pushed on a wheelchair for an hour from home to your half a branch in Ndwedwe Boxer - he gets their and your half brain staff tells him they cannot cater for him as the fingerprint scanner is too high for him, he needs to go to the Verulam branch which is also more than 40KMs away, mind you he had visited twice hoping this half branch would have perhaps been professional enough to make the branch "disabled customer friendly"

I really hope Tymebank, right next door picks this up first and sweep all your customers!! Nedbank also seems much friendlier to the disabled customer - as they cater for them one way or the other, how sad Standard Bank!!!!
