Standard bank Pathetic

I am absolutely fed up with you people.

I have just received an email informing me that “after several attempts” by you , I have not sent you the relevant documents that you require.

See this email sent by me, to you on the 15 February already. Clearly containing the documents you requested. Now you want to tell me you haven’t received them. Pathetic as per the subject line.

All SBSA cares about is making money off me, but let me ask for some help during an extremely tough time, and you refuse to do your damn jobs properly.

Somebody better phone me now and discuss this.

I’ve done everything that you’ve asked, and now these loan repayments have gone off my account. I’ve been telling you that I could not afford these payments because I have no income at present, and the little money I have I desperately need to simply live.

Moreover, I have also been trying very hard to claim on my credit life assurance policies. Those people too are completely useless. No progress after weeks of me complying with their requests. Same ****, totally non existent service.

Should you require further documentation, for the Love of God, call me. This email **** gets nothings done.
