Standard bank #pathetic

<p>Dear Standard Bank,</p> <p> </p> <p>I went into your Nicolway branch on the 15th of Feb. I asked for the settlement amount for my revolving credit. This was given to me by the consultant. I paid the amount and asked him to close the account. I asked him 3 times if the account is closed, is he sure the account is closed and I will not be billed for anything further. He confirmed 3 times that the account is closed and issued me with a letter. I now receive a statement saying I owe R403 on this account!!! ***!!!!!!</p> <p>I'm livid. </p> <p> </p> <p>Will be switching to FNB! </p> <p> </p>
