Standard bank pathetic

<p>I am so sick and tired of the same **** with this bank i wont even take a call from someone in your complaints department. Its the second time that i have lodged a complaint on hello peter as, well. Its just so funny that after all the **** that we have had, with this bank we test them with non payment. What is the outcome? My father in law, gets messages from the bank " please call std bank homeloans with regards to non payment on homeloan for which u stand surety " me and my husband? No calls, no messages and no emails and then "upon investigating they will say they did" i phoned home loans this morning spoke to Lucinda who confirmed that our details are correct. I am really starting to get the impression that the bank is just, after the surety because then they get our house and his ect ect ect. Its all about gaining the most. I have now sent an email to cart blanch asking them if they can do a story on this and hopefully we can get some answers and make the public aware </p>
