Standard bank Parow center

If you plan on visiting Standard bank at Parow center you will need to put in a days leave at work. That branch is very short staffed (or they were ALL off) the day I visited the branch.... When I entered both reception desks were empty so we had to just figure things out... I sat there and waited, and waited and waited

The people who came to the telllers, the line took at least 30-40mins to be helped as there was ONLY ONE teller.

The line I was sitting in took well over 1 hour. Some people left as there lunch time had run out. Some were getting late to get their kids are school and also left the line STILL I waited over an hour. I missed 2 important appointments due to this ridiculous waiting times. I’ve been a loyal client for over 20years and have multiple accounts with Standbank but over the years the customer service has become truly pathetic sorry to say.
