Standard bank owes me money

I took out a Student loan from Standard Bank Bayside in October 2012. This loan was a 48 month loan and was supposed to have been settled in October 2016. Standard bank has continued to deduct the funds from my account and now owe me those funds. The details are as follows:

Service request number: ********** 541

Student loan amount: 107000

48 months 10.5% interest

Start date 1 Nov 12

I had NO ONE sign surety, Istarted repayment of loan + interest immediately

Paid R135520 to date

1st loan + interest repayment was deducted on 01 Nov 2012. I STRESS, I HAD NO SURETY AND STARTED REPAYMENT IMMEDIATELY. I loaned 107,000.00, my contract stipulated a 10.5% interest rate over 48 months. Therefore total repayment would be R118,235.00 and last payment would be deducted in October 2016. My interest rate increased in February 2015 to 12.5% (no correspondence was received, but this is the least of my issue) therefore my total repayment now adjusted to R119,192.10. There would have been a small amount of R957.00 payable in the 49th month, Nov 2016. It is now May 2017, 55 months in and I am still paying on a 48 month loan. Standard bank has deducted a total of R135,520.00. This is R16,328.00 over the amount (all calculated with the interest increase in Feb 2015) that my contract stipulated. Standard bank owes me this money. I took the issue up with Standard Bank Malmesbury in March 2017. The response that the investigation department sent to Standard Bank Malmesbury was that my interest rate went up to 12.5%, that was their reason why I paid more than originally agreed upon… My interest rate went up with 2%, that DOES NOT warrant paying R16,328.00 more. It is now 10 May 2017 and this issue has still not been resolved. I received an email from Hanli Meintjies, Complaint Resolution Center this morning stating that this matter has been referred to the student loan product department. This email included no contact details for this department. I have incurred extra cell phone expenses, fuel expenses and my bank account has been deducted past it’s overdrawn amount due directly to Standard bank, which means that I have incurred bank extra bank fees as well. Standard bank has not only ****** my money but is now costing me more money.
