Standard bank overdraft problems

To who it may concern

I am extremely disappointed I have a overdraft facility with standard bank due to me not earn the amount I used to my overdraft was brought down from 34500 to 24500 as per my current arrangement. My account on the 3rd of June was - - 1080.36 and when I check my account the other day it says I owe - 10,780 which will be deducted from my salary which I still need to pay rent and feed my family.

I spoke to a wonderful agent today that said they will log a complain she could see that the bank has added an extra 300 to this by placing a reduction which I advised was okay. She also said no I used that 10k how is it possible that the bank will allow me to use 10k more than the overdraft that made her go back to 2019 when she did the calculations she realised there is a problem. When the bank placed the reduction suddenly the overdraft limit changed from 24500 to 13800. How is this possible if I never paid so much to bring it 2 that amount. From 2019 I have been paying 500 a month as that is what I told the agent I was able to afford looking at my other expenses all this was done telephonically. The bank has never called me once to tell me that the R500 was not enough they need me to pay more to bring down it down. I have paid back 10,000 with this arrangement my last call due to overdraft was when I made the 500 arrangement. The problem happened when the person put the reduction of 300 but still I don't understand how did 300 change my amount owing from - 1080 to - 10780.

Please can someone assist me, I was told that nobody will be able to assist me at the bank as this is a collection matter
