Standard Bank outstanding service
My banker is on maternity leave , she is from Richards Bay KZN. This young lady has always offered great prompt service over the years & due to the level of service & the products offered by Standard Bank I proceeded to open an account for my daugther as well who is a learner at school. Apart from the above in Colleen's absence I contacted the customer service for 3 seperate requests this week & within the hour I was assisted. The service I received exceeded my expectations & met my requirements. It is abundantly clear why my family & I choose to bank with Standard Bank!
