Standard Bank Outstanding Call Centre Agent - Teamo!
I just had the PLEASURE to be assisted by Teamo from the Standard Bank call centre!! He was absolutely amazingly outstanding!! His patience and customer service went way and beyond what I ever expected. What a pleasure to deal with him. He should definitely be in charge of customer services. I am honestly in awe of how he handled me, from being very irritated, after being at the branch for over an hour to changing my mood and my day to being just awesome. Teamo, well done and thanks ever so much!!
