Standard Bank opened my closed credit card and now I'm getting statements and an amount to pay

My credit card account was closed more than a year ago. I've suddenly received a credit card statement in Feb with a small amount on, but its weird that my credit card is open because I've paid id up & closed it a long time ago. I've logged this error with Standard Bank in February already to rectify. According to Standard bank there was an error in their system that opened up my credit card account again.

This was resolved according to Itumeleng Moalusi on 18 Feb. He called me & sent me an email on the 18 Feb to confirm that everything was resolved and my credit card account is closed again & the incorrect amount was rectified.

I'm still receiving statements. I've received one in March & now in April. THIS WAS NOT RESOLVED!!! There is now also a collection amount added & I will not leave it here if my name get listed because of someone not doing their work properly!!
