Standard Bank only cares about profit

In the last 2 Months I have been getting calls from a company called DMC, they told me to pay an amount I owe to Standard Bank, to my surprise i don't recall owing standard bank and i left the bank in 2012 already because i experienced terrible, terrible service in that bank. I went to the STD Bank branch and they said they can not see any record of me in their system. I then called DMC and asked them to send me all the info about the money I owe, they just sent me a quote, no information in that email whatsoever and they said that's all they have, there is no account number for the money \I owe"from the bank. I then sent an email to the bank's twitter account"
