Standard Bank only cares about making money

If I could have given a zero(0) ,I would have. After being hounded for information for a vehicle matter that has gone on now for 15(fifteen) long months, the good folks at Standard Bank are dragging their feet. Could we please come to a resolution ,or are you just not ready to give ANY service to your clients?! I would like to chat to Mr Simphiwe Nghona ,seeing as how his subordinates are about as useful as a steak at a vegan party. You as a customer/client seem to have no rights or discourse when Standard Bank deems it to be so. I will not respond to any minion who has no bearing on this matter,so spare me your futile emails,phone calls and lawyers.
