Standard Bank online Webtrader - No advice returned. Poor banking service

<p>The Standard Bank online Webtrader portal is a great concept .</p> <p>There are some youtube tutorials but most if not all are for seasoned finance individuals and do not cater for new commers. </p> <p>I emailed Sandesh Ganasee May 5 2017, who leads the webtrader initiative some questions that I thought were fair to ask..</p> <p> </p> <p>Dear Sandesh,</p> <p>I got your details from a friend who attended Standard Bank Web Trader seminar while back.</p> <p>I have few questions around the Web trader platform, would you be so kind to please explain.<br />Questions:<br />Is Webtrader open to people residing in the European Union? I have dual citizenships and travel often between here and Europe.<br />Does Webtrader pay over dividend-tax to the respective tax authority, SARS included?<br />Does Webtrader issue an annual IT3BC for the relevant tax authorities?<br />Where can I obtain information on management fees, including fees to the holding account before a trade/buy?<br />Where can one get tutorials to use the Webtrader platform<br />Are there upcoming seminars that Standard Bank will host in the near futures?<br /> </p> <p>Many thanks</p> <p>M</p> <p><br />One would have thought some one working for one of South Africa pretigious banks, on a pivotel project such as Webtrader would have the decency to reply to a polite email.</p> <p> </p> <p>Perhaps Standard Bank should know, that if they want interest from prospective clients, their team should make the effort to communicate back on emails that are quering their services.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is the exception. I often hear the team at Shyft, the new standard Bank fianance app, are excellent in returning answers to queries.</p> <p> </p> <p>Too bad that cannot be the same for the Webtrader Team under the guidance of Mr. Sandesh Ganasee </p> <p> </p> <p>I will look at other international trade portals, I hear PSG have very good service, one being ontime replies to emailed queries.</p>
