Standard Bank Online Student Loan Application

Online applications are supposed to simplify they process or so I thought. Sandard bank student loans offer that a consultant will come back to you in 48 hours - They shouldn't promise what they can't deliver! After 48hrs I phoned their customer support, gave them my reference number from my online application and asked if they could put me in touch with someone that could help, all they could do was send an email on my behalf. I'm still waiting to hear back from someone, 4 days later..... Shocking follow up from a big corporate who should have processes in place to deliver on what they promise!
