Standard Bank Online Securities

This division of Standard Bank of South Africa is the worst I have ever had to deal with. For the better part of this year, I have tried to close my Trading Account and transfer the money to my FNB Account. I have had my emails rep**** to with the same regurgitated message which indicates that my emails are not read or absorbed but just rep**** to with the least amount of effort. When I eventually got that out the way I was then presented with every possible stalling mechanism possible until I eventually overcame that only to go back to the "no reply treatment". I am billed every month for having this account which should have been closed at least 3 months ago but I suppose the longer they ignore me the more income they generate. This business generates billions with other peoples money. I wonder what happens when they try to close their account and withdraw their funds.
