Standard Bank Online Home Loans - Moving Backwards

I had app**** for a home loan via Std. Bank's online channel on the 3/10/15 and was told that once the supporting documents are provided the application outcome will be shared within 7-10 days. After providing all the documents on 6/10/15 there was a complete silence on SBSA's part - I followed up with the call centre today(15/10) after sending 2 reminder mails on the application progress, only to be told that the application is not proceeding because the complex is not found in their system !!! <br> <br> This after 2 other banks have already provided their quotes within 3 working days of filing in the application without any glitch :-) When asked why did the outcome was not communicated to me via sms/email/phone the call centre agent was only able to say - sorry for your inconvenience !!<br> <br> With attitude like this and an abysmally primitive online platform, wish you luck SBSA - Your loss is someone else's gain.
