Standard Bank Online ***** Department - Pathetic

I was ******** out of R3000 and immediately contacted Standard Bank to investigate the matter. I supp**** the online ***** department with a wealth of information including a name, registered cellphone number and SBSA bank account numbers. They did absolutely nothing with this information only to contact me two days later to tell me exactly what I told them. I accept that the money is gone but the bank is in no way interested in following up on this, the same bank that claims it does it's utmost to fight online *****, truly pathetic. Well done Standard Bank, you will lose a long standing customer.
