Standard bank online credit card application - pending for 4 weeks

I have app**** for a Standard Bank credit card on the 08.10.21 almost four weeks back. I Ref is tb-j2wfk. I have been calling every 7 days and the response has been the same that I must upload my documents. Yes with the original application there was one document missing which I have upload on several occasions. One thing annoying about this serving is the fact that you will never get someone to contact you about the feedback for the status of your application. Standard bank needs to handle our applications in a dignified way. You can never be approved 4 weeks back and yet nothing is done to assist.
