Standard Bank - Officially the worst bank in South Africa.

Hours and hours have been spent in this bank trying to resolve an estate late account. My 82yr old mother totally stressed out, as she has been to various branches for assistance where she has to sit for hours at a time, and she still cannot get what she requires to round up the estate. I will never recommend this bank to any person.
