Standard Bank of Legaleye, Unitedrew, Mediassist & Rescue247

I am appalled at the incompetence of "supposedly" one of the country's largest banking institutions. In fact, at this point, I would go as far as to say that Standard Bank is actually in coertze with the very ********** that are *****ing money from their customers. UNITEDREW, RESCUE247, MEDIASSIST, LEGALEYE!!! I mean, ffs, enough is enough!! How the **** can your bank tell u they cannot help u cancel a debit order thats running off an account from their bank?? If Standard bank cant help me with a Standard bank account, who the **** do i speak to?? And please dont tell me to contact the "Service Providers" that I instructed via digital agreement to ****ing debit my ****ing account. These service providers DO NOT EXIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The numbers dont work, the emails are ignored and the website is a sham!!!

On a monthly basis (more than once a month actually), there is R45+R45+R45+R95 being debited from a Standard Bank account, but here is the best part... the ****ing debit order dates are ALWAYS before payday when there is nothing in my account so in fact it is R45 + R146.27 - which is the unpaid debit order charge from Standard Bank R45 + R146.27 R45 + R146.27 R95 + R146.27 which eqates to R815,08 per month, so before any monies go into my account, i am already R815,08 in the red every month.... BUT STANDARD BANK CANT HELP!!! The Ombudsman says that this is out of hes legislation, so ***?

FNB is not only cancelling these ********** debit orders, but doing it for free for their customers... so if they can do it, why cant Standard Bank?? A bank needs consent, whether it be written or verbal from their customers before just going willy nilly with putting debit orders in place. Standard bank u cannot tell me that u arent suspicious that thousands of your customers have these exact same amounts from the exact same "Service Providers" and u dont think it is a even a little suspicious. Your customers are your business, if you loose them, you are going out of business. PLEASE, do something about these debit orders!!!!!!!!!!!!!
