Standard Bank Obz Disgusting Service Ever Experienced

I opened my account in January when I got retrenched .....in May they Closed my account and my Uif money payment gets rejected after Very long time because Standard Bank closed it....I was Depending on my money to get paid in due to coivit 19.

Then on Saturday13/06/2020 I go to my obz branch to deposit money into my account to purchase something online .... branch closed so I was forced to go down the road...then I had a money jam of R6.200 and call centre agent told me it will be sorted out if you just go to the nearest branch and they will assist....The front lady was very rude and arrogant and telling me she's not going to help me....Phumie is her name....Now I missed Out in a Huge Saving and on something I really needed my own bank can't assist me ... Disgusting Service Ever Experienced ......So I Got Messed around 2 times in a short period of time.....The same account is offering the complete opposite of what they are doing to customers.....I want someone to pay my difference for my loses...if not I'm going to another bank.Enrico Taylor ***
